Description
This Carn Mor Caol Ila from Morrison & Mackay was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2015 from 2 bourbon barrels. It is a release of only 600 bottles.

The WSD: Classic salty icing sugar sweet peat smoke then smoked kippers with a waft of bonfires on the breeze. |
Taste |
The WSD: Initially sweet, a little oil and salty beach bonfires with the paper ash on the breeze. Salted smoke ham - fire up the diesel engine and we'll leave harbour with our Brunswick ham sandwhiches. |
Finish |
The WSD: Peppery with a warming finish you can feel all the way to your bellybutton. |
