This Carn Mor Benrinnes from Morrison & Mackay was distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2015 from 2 bourbon barrels. It is a release of only 423 bottles.

The WSD: Floral toffee, toffee apples, pear drops and roast lemon followed by spun candy with sea salt - a fairground by the sea. |
Taste |
The WSD: Creamy, sweet, light caramel and rock salt. Honeydew melon, ripe salted pear with a coffee bitterness & chilli flakes. With time becoming custard creams. |

The WSD: White pepper, waxy lemons and ripe salted pears. |
