Tasting Notes

| Distillery: Smoky, soft and musky, rich and full.
The WSD: Lemon and lime zest with varnished wood and old boat rope. A mandarin fruit trifle. After a while coffee grounds. With water a more tarry note. (V) |
| Taste |
| Distillery: Full flavour, spice and dried fruits, smoke through the oak leading to a long, smoky, aromatic finish.
The WSD: Soft tar notes with underlying citrus notes, Alcohol soaked Madeira cake. After a while soft wood peat. With water the tar wipes out the citrus and leaves a peat streak.(V) |
