Description
The producers of this Amontillado Sherry from Jerez describe it as 'Bright amber hues. Pungent nut aromas with notes of herbs and tobacco and nuances of toasted aromas of oak. Very dry, smooth, with balanced acidity and a lasting aftertaste of dried nuts. Biological ageing under the layer of yeast followed by oxidative ageing. Serve between 12 and 14 Degrees C.'
