Nose |
G&M: Sweet and fresh with a toasted malt a defined Sherry nose. Hints of dried fruits and gooseberries with a touch of aniseed. With water sweet Sherry influences and dried fruits. A touch of bees wax and touch of aniseed. |
Taste |
G&M: Slightly peppery initially with ripe summer fruits flavours. A touch of charred wood, with a creamy milk chocolate texture. With water subtle spice with a hint blueberries and a slight dark chocolate edge. |
Finish |
G&M: Sweet and lingering. |
