| G&M: Defined Sherry notes, soft and aromatic, with hints of cinnamon and stewed apples - reminiscent of fresh apple pie. With water Sweet Sherry, more fruity notes, hints of almonds and marzipan. Clean and fresh with a hint of tobacco. |

| G&M: Hints of charred oak, with a burst of mixed spices, smooth with a stewed fruit edge. With water Some oak influences, with a delicate touch of bonfire embers, Sherry sweetness and hints of cracked pepper. |
