Tasting Notes
Nose |
Distillery: Fragrant herb garden of bay trees, rosemary and basil.
The WSD: Very herby, basil and sage almost bouquet garni with a trace of toasted pine nuts. (V) |
Taste |
Distillery: Savoury and gently spicy, with a rich, olive oil mouthfeel.
The WSD: Lots of rosemary, sage and basil. Works really well with Fever Tree Elderfower tonic and a slice of apple which adds a touch of sweetness without altering the main flavour. |
