Distillery Manager Andrew Brown says this Bunnahabhain Stiuireadair (pronounced stew-rahdur, meaning helmsman) is the distillery's tribute to the sea and it's influence on their whisky. Chosen from sherry casks of varying ages from different parts of the warehouse.

This Bunnahabhain Toiteach A Dha (meaning Smoky Two in Gaelic) is described by the distillery manager as "With touches of smoke from our peated malted barley, this whisky's prickling strength emanates from the dram, while warming with a lingering, robust length and delicately sweet sherry influence."
Cairngorm Gin is a premium Scottish dry gin which is made in batches of never more than 70 bottles.
The distillery says "Our Signature Gin combines the finest juniper, cloudberries, elderflower and Caledonian pine, which are partnered with coriander seed, orris root, sweet orange peel, angelica and kaffir lime to create this wonderfully refreshing aromatic gin.
