Description
This whisky was distilled in Dunedin's legendary lost distillery in New Zealand, using local barleys and snowmelt from the Southern Alps. The cask strength range of single malt is a collectable series. These bottles are hand bottled straight from the wood and no two barrels are exactly the same, providing a tasting experience that cannot be repeated.
Tasting Notes

The WSD: A light nose prickle with lime pickle and zest and a hint of cinnamon, becoming richer. With water the nose softens and caramel notes push through to the front. (V) |
Taste |
The WSD: Wow, this blows your socks off. Orannge marmalade with lime zest running through it. The spice softens out and leaves a slight waxiness on the tongue. Water softens it slightly. (V) |
Finish |
The WSD: This leaves you with a soft warming spice ideal for those Autumn nights (V) |
