Description
This Legacy Series has been created to honour Cochrane Cartwright who was distillery manager in 1869. It was his decision to create the slowest stills in Scotland and they still are today. The Distillery say 'Chapter One’s stunning flavour notes are all down to the heart matured in first fill European oak Oloroso sherry casks combined with our prized refill casks.'
