Tasting Notes

Nose
Distillery:  Delightful aromas of brittle toffee, blueberries and a touch of garden mint. Gentle allspice adds a delicate warmth to the nose.

The WSD: The nose starts with orange and lemon starbursts then comes notes of soft caramel and a fizzing characteristic (M)

Taste
Distillery: Vibrant pink grapefruit and blood orange give a fantastic fresh, zesty character. A slight herbal oak background leads to stewed barley.

The WSD: More caramel and lots of prickle followed by orange segments in syrup. Water brings out sugar syrup (M)

Finish
Distillery: A long, crisp finish.
