The Distillery says: "This golden malt was first matured in the finest American Oak Wood Barrels with an additional maturation period in Organic Rye Quarter Casks from Chicago's Koval Distillery. The liquid to wood ratio is greater here, so the flavour is released more rapidly. We closely monitor the process to produce an exiting, sensational result."
|Distillery: Full on rich spices, cinnamon and nutmeg with waves of honey and butterscotch.
WSD: Vanilla and lemon grass. Fresh pineapple. Lemon popping candy and lemon meringue pie. (V)
|Distillery: Intense sweet spices enriched with honey, butterscotch, cooking apples and cloves.
WSD: Slight aniseed notes with white pepper and fresh shaved wood. Lemon balm comes through after.
