This Strathmill was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2014 from first fill ex-Bourbon Barrels.
Tasting Notes
| Nose |
| G&M: Sweet vanilla with hints of honey and green apple. Complimented by delicate floral and toasted malt aromas. With water hints of cranberry and green apple initially. Delicate underlying hints of peppermint and aniseed linger. |
| Taste |
| G&M: White pepper initially with ripe banana, orange and raspberry. These combine with hints toast marshmallow and milk chocolate. With water red apple, kiwi and lemon curd flavours initially. A subtle charred oak edge develops. |
