This Connoisseurs Choice Mannochmore was distilled in May 1991 and bottled in March 2011 from refill ex-Sherry Butts.

| G&M: Sweet with a hint of malt. A subtle burst of heather honey emerges and comes to the fore. Delicate hay like notes linger. With water fresh and fruit, with a strong herbal nose - minty. Hints of ripe summer fruits - pears and a hint of honey. |

| G&M: Fresh and fruity with stewed green apples. A pronounced sweet edge and a very light hint of smoke. With water some spice initially - hints of chilli warmth. Sweet with a hint of fresh herbal influences. |
