This Connoissuers Choice Caol Ila was distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2013 from 1 st fill ex-Sherry butts and refill ex-Sherry hogsheads.
Tasting Notes

| G&M: Sweet Sherry notes, with sweet cured bacon and stewed pear aromas. Hints of cinnamon and cloves develop. With water bonfire embers and salty sea air. Stewed pears, beeswax and a subtle hint of coriander. |
| Taste |
| G&M: Smoky and sweet initially with vanilla and ripe banana flavours developing. Hints of orange and milk chocolate linger. With water subtle ash and black pepper with blackcurrant and prunes. Becomes creamy with a hint of tobacco. |
