This Connoisseurs Choice Aultmore was distilled in October 1997 and bottled in April 2011 from a refill sherry cask.

| G&M: Fresh hay like notes, with a delicate fragrant nose with hints of rose petals. Some soft fruit influences and a touch of real vanilla develop. A very subtle smoke lingers. With water fresh and malty, with a fruity nose like fresh fruit salad. Some milk chocolate notes develop. |

| G&M: Sweet and creamy, with hints of sherried wood and ripe summer berries. Some subtle pepper influences emerge. A touch of cigar ash lingers. With water initial burst of mixed spices - mouth warming, with a sweet sherry edge and hints of ripe exotic fruits. Some sea-air influences linger gently. |
