The producers of this Pedro Ximines Sherry from Jerez describe it as 'Sweet wine made with Pedro Ximinez grapes. Dark mahogany colours with iodized iridescence and it forms wide legs on the glass. Notes of raisins with toasted and dark-roasted coffee aromas, along with notes of caramel and bitter chocolate. It floods the palate with sweet flavours accompanied by a perfectly balanced acidity. The flavours are warm, sumptuous and velvety. Serve between 12 and 14 Degrees C.'
