This Adelphi Aultmore was distilled in 1982 and bottled in 2011 from a refill bourbon hogshead which produced 236 bottles.
|Adelphi: Under ripe bananas. Then the bananas ripen and become banana cheesecake. After water, estery notes of warm polythene or vinyl. Faded dried mixed herbs and muesli.|
|Adelphi: Sweet and syrupy. After water, smooth, sweet with rolled-oats.|
|Adelphi: Dusty malt and green banana skins in the finish. Medium length. The perfect breakfast whisky!|
