This is almost certainly going to be the festival tasting that you will talk about for years. It's going to be an "I was there moment". Some exceptional and exceptionally unusual whiskies will be used to shine a light on Speyside whiskies that are smoking hot and smokey!!
Joel Harrison and Neil Ridley are the guys behind the website Caskstrength.net and are now well established drinks writers in their own right, as Contributing Editors for Whisky Magazine and other publications such as The Independent and Financial Times. They have also just released their first book together called 'Distilled', which focuses on the weird and wonderful world of craft spirits, including everything from rum, gin and of course whisky, to absinthe, Tequila and a ton of stuff you've never heard of but might quite like to try.
This is going to be fun, different and did I mention fun?
